Residents of Zheleznogorsk, Kursk Oblast, reported a nighttime attack by Ukrainian drones, which damaged a local substation. According to preliminary eyewitness reports, debris from the downed drone damaged equipment, resulting in power outages in several neighborhoods.

Locals on social media described the events as a series of explosions and flashes in the sky around midnight. Power was disrupted in a large part of the city, with hundreds of homes without power.

There have been no official comments from the Ministry of Defense yet.
