The missiles fired by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of Zmeiny could be shot down by electronic warfare systems.

Against the background of the fact that a large amount of various military equipment was found on Zmeiny Island, including means to counter missile attacks, including powerful electronic suppression systems, it was suggested that it was the electronic warfare means that made it possible to repel the large-scale attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was reported about a day ago.

Satellite imagery released a few hours ago indicates that there was no real damage to Serpent Island and its infrastructure. At the same time, the sources confirm the fact that an attack was carried out on the island, noting, meanwhile, that experience was taken into account when it was reflected. Taking into account that the attack was massive (according to residents of the Odessa region, at least 35 claps were heard in the direction of Zmeiny Island, but no fire damage was observed - ed.), experts suggested that repelling the attack succeeded through the use of powerful electronic warfare systems.
