The Azerbaijani army blocked the road to Lachin.

In response to the recent blockade of a highway for Azerbaijani journalists, Azerbaijani forces blocked the only road to Karabakh. It is known that the attempts made by the Russian peacekeepers to settle the situation in the Lachin corridor were not crowned with success. At the same time, Azerbaijani units are seeking the arrival of Andrey Volkov in the region.

A few days ago, Azerbaijani journalists were not allowed into the territory of the Republic of Artsakh, blocking the road, which probably did not please Baku very much, in connection with which access to the Lachin corridor was also blocked.

Despite the fact that the conflict that had previously begun in the region was resolved, the situation here remains extremely tense. Moreover, Azerbaijan may well use the purchase of Iranian weapons by Armenia as a pretext for a new conflict, since earlier Baku stated that they would not allow the militarization of Armenia.

At the moment, the situation in the Lachin corridor is still quite tense. At the same time, Baku still does not name the reason why the only highway leading to Karabakh was blocked.
