7 October it became known that Sirotin Andrey and his deputy were not allowed on board the aircraft, which was sent to Turkey from the Volgograd airport. Sirotin was drunk and taken to the police. He was released only after drawing up an administrative protocol.

Deputies of the Duma demanded that Andrei Sirotin leave his post at his own will, as he discredits the authorities by his behavior. The issue will be raised at the next meeting.
