The Su-27 fighter hovered a few meters above the American B-52 bomber.

As the American strategic B-52 bombers approached the Russian borders from the Ukrainian side, the Su-27 fighter tried to hide from the radar, and hovered directly over the American combat aircraft, thereby merging with it on the radar screen. A similar maneuver caught on video and really hit the Net, since the plane was just a few meters from the fuselage of the bomber, approaching it at a critically small distance.

In the video footage presented, the Su-27 fighter of the Ukrainian Air Force hovers directly over the American "strategist", and, apparently, without the permission of the American crew, since the latter prefers to stay away from Soviet and Russian fighters. The combat aircraft is only a few meters away, while another Su-27 fighter performed a "pirouette", moving away from another bomber.

It should be noted that today only Russian fighters were closest to American strategic bombers, which repeatedly provoked protests from the United States - Washington accused Russia of dangerous maneuvers and a threat to the crew.
