Israel showed an analogue of the Russian complex "Dagger"

Israel has seriously advanced in the development of airballistic missiles.

In the middle of last year it became known that engineers and scientists from the Israeli companies Israel Military Industries and Israel Aerospace Industries presented the Rampage supersonic missile, which is an analogue of the Russian Kh-47M2 hypersonic missile - the only difference is a relatively short range and inability to reach hypersonic speed. Nevertheless, last week another analogue of the Russian ARC "Dagger" was presented - the aeroballistic rocket "Rocks", which the Israeli media have already dubbed the "killer" of the Russian S-300.

Not much is known about the latest Israeli missile. At its core, it is an improved version of the "Rampage" rocket - the range and speed of flight have been increased, but the rocket can still only move at supersonic speed. However, even the lack of the ability to develop hypersonic speed does not bother specialists - according to their estimates, within the next two years the Israeli military will be able to obtain a hypersonic missile, which in its characteristics will be completely similar to the Kh-47M2 missile, which is part of the Dagger complex.

As analysts note, the fact that Israel is "carried away" in the development of aeroballistic missiles can really mean that soon this country will have missiles that can bypass the capabilities of the S-300 complexes, however, such missiles are completely useless against the same S-400 capable of intercepting targets moving at a speed of more than 7 km / s.
