The number of wounded in the Russian military operation has increased to 160 people

The first numbers of wounded among the Russian military in the Donbass and Ukraine have been named.

During the Russian military special operation in the Donbass to force Ukraine to peace, at least 160 Russian servicemen and officers were wounded. The data on this subject were announced by the President of Belarus Alesander Lukashenko, noting that we are talking about those military personnel who were transported to the country's medical institutions.

According to the statement of the Belarusian leader, the information disseminated on the Web about allegedly thousands of wounded is not true - according to him, we are talking about the deployment of about 160-170 servicemen of the RF Armed Forces who took part in a military special operation on the territory of Belarus.

“I told Zelensky. True, he reproached me for this: “You accept the wounded!” I say: “I have accepted and will continue to accept. We treat them, we save them." The Minister of Health reports to me every morning about what is happening there. We treated and will treat these guys in Gomel, Mozyr and, in my opinion, in some regional center, when they come to us. What's wrong here? Always in any war, the wounded were saved. God forbid, the dead were sent home. - No need to shout about the thousands of dead. We don't see it. And yet this direction (and they approached Kyiv) is the most dangerous. “Thousands of the wounded arrived here in Gomel,” shout our fugitives and others. Nothing like this. Over the entire period, we have treated about 160-170 wounded"- said the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has not yet commented on the statement of the Belarusian leader, however, today these are the first announced figures on the number of wounded Russian servicemen and officers. Nevertheless, to date, four dead Russian servicemen are already known - one resident of Dagestan, one resident of Kalmykia and two residents of Chechnya.
