The Russian loukoster decided to sue Rosaviatsia and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

According to Avia.pro portal, Pobeda airline sued the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia), intending to declare illegal the actions of aviation departments to refuse to grant admission to a number of international itinerary destinations, in particular, the loukoster was refused to fly from Moscow to Rome, Milan and Bari; from Krasnodar to Tbilisi; from Makhachkala to Istanbul.

Attempts to clarify the situation at the representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation have not been successful, however, experts believe that since Rosaviatsiya is responsible for granting tolerances, the refusal was well founded, which is what the court will decide.
