Prigozhin announced the withdrawal of Wagner PMC fighters from the front line from June 1.

Vladimir Prigozhin, who is the founder of the PMC "Wagner", announced the upcoming withdrawal of his fighters from the front line, starting from June 1.

"PMC 'Wagner' did not advance further today. We have successfully captured all the territories that we promised to capture. We are transferring our positions to the Ministry of Defense and starting to leave the combat zone from the 25th", - wrote Prigogine.

He noted that his fighters have been fighting for 428 days. Now the tasks at the forefront will be performed by units of the Ministry of Defense. PMC "Wagner", in turn, will retreat to field camps for the procedure of reorganization, equipment and training of personnel.

"From June 1, not a single fighter of PMC 'Wagner' will be on the front lines until we undergo reorganization, re-equipment, and additional training," Prigogine stressed.

Prigozhin also reacted to possible rumors and speculations about the actions of Wagner PMC:

"Stuffing that PMC 'Wagner' is storming something - there will be fakes", - he said.

How many Wagner PMCs will regroup is unknown, however. according to experts, it can take 3-4 weeks.
