The Qatar air carrier will acquire a part of the American Airlines.

The night before it became known that the leadership of the Qatar carrier "Qatar Airways" intends to purchase a share of American company "American Airlines" in the amount of 10%. The amount of the transaction can be about 808 million dollars, while the management of the American company has not commented on this information.

It should be clarified that the airline "American Airlines" is by far the largest air carrier in the world, while the motives for which the Qatari company intends to purchase a stake in the form of shares and securities, also remain unknown.
