Federal Air Transport Agency does not preclude the emergence of new carriers in Russia.

Despite the relatively crisis, experts Rosaviation believe that the emergence in Russia of new carriers is quite possible, especially since it is only to be welcomed, as it will create better conditions for the development of air travel, both within the country and at international in routing.

Among other things, the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency also reported that at the moment on the territory of the Russian Federation there is no air carrier faced with serious financial problems, and more than that, most airlines managed to last six months to build up the main indicators of its activity.
