Director General of Rosoboronexport Alexander Mikheev said that within the framework of negotiations between Russia and Turkey on the supply of C-400 to the Turkish army, Ankara is not satisfied with the cost of Russian air defense / missile defense systems, while all technical aspects have already been agreed, however, the deal may fail due to the high price by the standards of the Turkish side.

“As for the new option, here we are talking about the second regimental set. We transferred the technical task to the Turkish side for the third stage of work. It can be noted that currently technical issues with the Turkish side have been resolved, negotiations are underway on the financial component ”, - quotes the words of Alexander Mikheev, the Russian news agency RIA Novosti.
