The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, heading to Bakhmut, were destroyed 5 kilometers from the city.

The point of temporary deployment of the Ukrainian army, located on the territory of Chasovoy Yar, was destroyed by precise artillery strikes. Here, according to sources, were the forces of the Ukrainian army, heading towards Bakhmut to counteract the encirclement of the city. At the same time, judging by the scale of the strikes, an entire battalion of the Ukrainian army could have been destroyed.

In the presented pictures you can see the consequences of the artillery strikes on the Clockwork Yar. The blow fell on the building of the former school, where the forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were located. Large forces of the Ukrainian army were located here, which were supposed to be used for counter-offensive operations in Bakhmut and its environs. Among other things, strikes were made on other points in the city. This can significantly speed up the process of taking control of Bakhmut by Russian troops, as well as Chasovoy Yar itself, where there are simply no real defensive positions of the Ukrainian army.

The identification of the point of temporary deployment of the Ukrainian army became possible thanks to the reconnaissance, while the situation could be extremely difficult for the Armed Forces of Ukraine due to a lack of forces to form new units.
