Russia was accused of involvement in the destruction of the Ukrainian Il-Xnumx in Libya.

The director of the Ukrainian airline Skyaviatrans, Elena Malakhova, whose Il-76 transport plane was destroyed a few days ago in Libya, made a statement in which it refers to Russia's involvement in this incident.

“It seems to me that it’s not without the fact that Moscow supports the illegal government of General Haftar, who is trying to seize power in Libya”- said Malakhova.

Any evidence, even if indirectly related to Russia's involvement in the destruction of the Ukrainian Il-76 transport aircraft in Libya, Malakhova never presented, which obviously indicates that her speculation is in no way connected with the destruction of the aircraft.

According to information provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the attack by the Libyan National Army, led by Halimfa Haftar, managed to avoid casualties.

“As a result of the attack, the tail of the aircraft was destroyed, the operator of the crew of the ship was slightly injured, and the navigator’s passport documents were destroyed. The full crew were evacuated to a safe place. ", - said in a statement to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

Nevertheless, according to a number of news agencies, and this is also confirmed by satellite images, the plane was completely destroyed, while the likelihood of the death of crew members still remains extremely high, since the attack on the plane was dealt only a few minutes after landing .
