The Syrian army is massively deploying troops to the border with Turkey

Due to the invasion of the Turkish army in Syria and Erdogan's threats, Syrian troops have been deployed to the north of the country.

The risk of full-fledged clashes between the Syrian and Turkish armies increased many times after Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that Ankara would not be interested in the opinion on the military operation in Syria and was already beginning to implement its plans. At the moment, it is known that due to the outright aggression of Turkey, the Syrian army has deployed at least 20 tanks and armored personnel carriers, as well as several hundred military personnel, to the north of the country.

It is known that Syrian troops have been transferred to the territory of the city of Ain al-Arab (Kobani), which is located on the border with Syria and is almost the key starting point of the Turkish ground military operation. Noteworthy is the fact that the Syrian troops pulled long-range artillery here. This indicates the readiness of Damascus to bomb Turkish territory in the event of an escalation from Ankara.

At the moment, it remains unknown whether the Russian military is ready to intervene in the situation, however, tensions in northern Syria have increased very sharply.
