Court forbade Israeli airlines to transplant women on airplanes

The Israeli court has forbidden airlines to transplant passengers at the request of orthodox Jews.

The court made such a decision based on the fact that transplanting women without their consent is a direct violation of their rights, as well as discrimination against them, which, of course, caused a lot of discontent among Orthodox Jews. On the other hand, in order for this category of citizens not to experience any harassment, they will need to buy out neighboring seats, which can provide airlines with additional income.

It should be clarified that the current trial will last from 2015 year, when one of the passengers of the airline "El Al" was outraged by the actions of the carrier.
