Turkish drone attacks Russian military in Syria

A Turkish attack drone hit the headquarters of the Russian military in Syria - at least three Russian troops were injured.

After a mysterious incident on the M4 highway in Idlib, Turkey dealt an air strike on a Russian convoy in Hasaka province, resulting in serious damage to at least three Russian troops. It is known that the drone dropped an artillery mortar mine right on the Russian military.

It is reported that it was the Turkish attack drones that operated, which was allegedly confirmed by publicly available services that allow monitoring the air situation. The Turkish side could not be unaware that it was the Russian military, however, the use of an artillery mine, and not a standard missile, suggests that Turkey intended to disguise its attack as a mortar shelling.

Judging by the video footage presented, one of the Russian servicemen was seriously wounded, probably by shrapnel, of the lower limb - in the video footage you can see that a hemostatic tourniquet was applied to him.

This is the second provocation that led to the wounded among the Russian military in a few days, which indicates the fact that further compliance with the agreements between Moscow and Ankara makes no sense, since Turkey does not fulfill its obligations.
