The Armed Forces of Ukraine are hitting the cooling system of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant and containers with nuclear waste.

The Ukrainian military began to use a new tactic of striking at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. According to the head of the Zaporozhye region, the goal of the Ukrainian military is not a nuclear reactor, the damage of which will lead to one of the largest explosions in history, but a container with nuclear waste.

To date, it is known that attacks on the Zaporozhye NPP are carried out using artillery, missiles and Himars MLRS, while experts note that most strikes do not affect the critical infrastructure of the nuclear power plant.
