Destroyed An-225 "Mriya" can still be restored

The Ukrainian An-225 Mriya aircraft destroyed at the Gostomel airport can still be restored.

Chinese experts, after examining the damage (presumably based on video recordings made at Antonov International Airport - ed. note), came up with an unexpected assumption that the damage inflicted on the largest aircraft in the world, An-225 Mriya, is not so critical and express the opinion that the board can be restored.

“Contrary to earlier statements, the giant An-225 aircraft can still be lifted into the sky! The damage to the aircraft is not as critical as originally thought, and although the aircraft’s design will have to be partially restored, the largest transport aircraft in the world, which both Russia and Ukraine are proud of at the same time, can be raised into the sky again.- Sina Military reports.

Taking into account various kinds of photos and videos taken at the Gostomel airport, as a result of a fire in the hangar, the front part of the An-225 Mriya aircraft was separated. At the same time, no critical damage was observed on most of the aircraft fuselage. This may indeed indicate that the board can be restored.
