29 November 2013. An elderly 84-year-old man tried to carry an 39 centimeter blade in his cane.

He decided to go to the protected area of ​​the Dusseldorf airport, where he was examined by police officers, noting his cane, which consisted of heterogeneous metal.

After they noticed that the handle is mobile and, having unscrewed it, seized the blade 39 centimeters. The man, judging by his reaction, did not even know about such a crutch feature.

The man is accused of illegal possession of cold weapons.
