The Russian Foreign Ministry evaluated the decisions on the grain deal without the participation of Moscow

The Russian Foreign Ministry believes that decisions on the grain deal without Moscow are not binding.

After Ukraine, Turkey and the UN staged a provocation, ignoring the principled position of Russia on the temporary refusal to participate in the grain deal, Russia spoke out that the decision taken by the other three parties did not at all oblige Russia to comply with it. This is reported by the source of the publication "Izvestia" in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

“We suspended our participation [in the ‘grain deal’] and officially brought this to the SKC. The decisions made without us [if they are made] do not oblige us to anything.”, - the Izvestia publication cites information, citing its own source.

At the moment, there is a high activity of ships in the waters of the Black Sea, despite the temporary suspension of Russia's participation in the grain deal. In particular, at least 8 ships for the transportation of grain are in the waters of Ukraine, and another ship, moving in the area between the territory of Ukraine and Crimea, follows the direction of Odessa.
