For the first time in several years, fighter jets were spotted over the Donbass.

Residents of Donetsk report that unknown fighter jets were seen in the sky over the outskirts of the capital of the self-proclaimed republic. This is the first time this has happened in several years. The data on this subject was presented by the Telegram channel “Reports of the militia of Novorossiya”.

This, if the data presented is reliable, may indicate that we are talking about Russian aircraft, although the Russian side has previously assured that it does not intend to interfere in the situation in the Donbass.

Experts do not exclude that the situation can be artificially heated up, as earlier in the West they announced the probable start of the conflict in Ukraine on February 16.
