Next year, Belarus will spend a record amount on defense - more than $1,1 billion.

This is reported by "Belarusian Gayun" with reference to the draft state budget for 2023.

For comparison: the planned budget of Ukraine for defense and security in 2023 is $31 billion (excluding gratuitous aid from the West), Russia's military budget next year is $81 billion.
