Caught Jeff Joy from the top 100 most dangerous fugitives according to Interpol

Nigerian Jeff Joy, included in the list of 2010 most dangerous fugitives according to Interpol since 100, has been extradited to Italy. This is reported by the Italian newspaper Il Messaggero.

Interpol issued a "red notice" against 48-year-old Jeff Joy on charges of organizing a criminal community, slave trade, involvement and forced prostitution. She faces 13 years in prison.

Jeff Joy is one of the few women included in the list of 100 Dangerous Fugitives compiled by the Joint Joint Fugitive Search Team of the Central Criminal Police Office of the Department of Public Security as a leading member of the Nigerian Mafia, also known as the "Black Mafia".

The Black Mafia is considered one of the most powerful criminal organizations in the world, so much so that it is subject to extensive monitoring in every country of presence by the Interpol General Secretariat.

Geoff Joy played a leading role in organizing the supply chains to Italy, the Netherlands and Spain of Nigerian girls who were involved in the criminal business and were forced into prostitution under threat of reprisal, including against their family members who remained at home.
