The UTair carrier forced a woman to buy 13 seats in the cabin.

As it became known to the resource Avia.pro, a resident of Khabarovsk had to buy 13 air tickets for herself and her two sons on board the passenger liner of UTair. Representatives of the carrier refused to let a single mother on board the aircraft and her sons, noting that to transport one boy with two plastered legs and another with one plastered leg, more space is required, since their transportation is only possible in a lying position.

In fact, instead of three air tickets, the carrier ordered the passenger to purchase 10 additional ones, arguing that 9 seats would be required to transport a boy with two plastered legs, while another boy, who had one leg plastered, would need three seats. The woman was forced to fulfill the requirements of the carrier, however, this only turned into another scandal for the airline, which, by the way, is considered one of the largest and best in Russia.

Avia.pro has not yet been able to get an operative comment from representatives of UTair Aviation, but they have already become interested in the Ural Investigation Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation with the incident, having begun a corresponding check.
