NATO fighter jets have been spotted performing bizarre maneuvers just 40 kilometers from the Russian border.

Fighter aircraft of NATO countries were seen near the borders of Russia in the Baltics. As it became known, combat aircraft, including F-16 fighters, carried out strange maneuvers only 40 kilometers from the Russian border, flying at low and ultra-low altitudes.

The night before, residents of Klaipeda and a number of settlements bordering Russia reported that combat aircraft were flying in the sky. Initially, it was assumed that we could only talk about the rotation of NATO forces in the region, however, judging by the video footage, some special exercises were being worked out, as military aircraft were practicing missile launches, maneuvers to counter missiles, etc.

In the presented video footage taken by the inhabitants of Lithuania, you can see how the F-16 fighters, after passing at a short distance from the ground, gain height and shoot false thermal targets, which caused very serious concern, especially against the backdrop of quite tense relations between Russia recently. and Lithuania. However, so far no official statements have been made in this regard, and the Lithuanian side has not announced any special exercises. This does not exclude the possibility that the actions of the aviation of the NATO countries could be of a provocative nature.
