The Chinese military has begun field testing of a unique radar that could serve as a prototype for creating a unique air and missile defense system. The latest technology not only surpasses all existing developments in the world, but is also much more effective in comparison with the developed Russian military complexes.

Quantum radar, which is currently positioned as a prototype, is fundamentally different from existing systems operating on the principle of electromagnetic radiation. Instead of radio waves, subatomic particles are emitted, which make it possible to distinguish between any objects in the air.

To date, it is known that a prototype of a quantum radar can detect targets at a distance of 100 kilometers, but a working version, according to military analysts, will be able to operate at distances of about 600 kilometers, distinguishing both aircraft and drones or enemy missiles. The key feature of a quantum radar is the fact that electronic warfare and electronic suppression systems do not work against it, which makes it quite effective.
