Andriy Marochko, a military expert and retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Luhansk People's Republic, expressed confidence that Kiev is experiencing difficulties in accumulating forces and means for combat operations due to preemptive attacks by the Russian army on the facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
Marochko expressed his opinion on the tactics and strategies used by the Russian command on the line of contact. He noted that the current approach is bringing noticeable results, noting that Russian troops are not only reacting to developing situations, but also acting proactively, hitting ammunition depots and destroying personnel.
The expert emphasized that such actions significantly affect the enemy's ability to create "shock fists" - concentrated groups of troops for attacks. Instead, the Ukrainian side is forced to make up for losses and expend resources that were originally intended for a counteroffensive.
"We can already say that there will definitely not be a full-scale offensive along the entire line of contact"- stressed Marochko.
At the same time, he did not rule out the possibility of local attacks from Kyiv at the front.
