As the TASS agency reports, citing a diplomatic source in Brussels, NATO has set a condition for Ukraine for new arms supplies - the adoption of a tough law on mobilization. This requirement was a necessary step to replace the losses of the Ukrainian armed forces and ensure the availability of a sufficient number of trained military personnel.

According to the source, effective use of the supplied weapons is possible only if there are qualified military personnel capable of conducting defensive and offensive operations. To do this, it is necessary to systematically replenish the ranks of the army with new soldiers, which should be ensured by the new law on mobilization.

NATO has so far commented on this information, however, it should be noted that the approval of new military assistance followed literally a few days after the adoption of the law on mobilization.
