The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation called the reason why Russia was removed from the investigation of the case MH17.

Despite the fact that since the tragedy that occurred in the Donbass, with the participation of the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 passenger airliner, 4,5 has passed, the international team has not been able to determine for certain all the circumstances of the disaster connected with the exclusion of the Russian side from the investigation of this tragedy.

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation confirmed the fact that Russia was excluded from participating in the investigation of the crash, stressing that this was due to "Disagreement with the conclusions of Russian colleagues, the incorrectly established type of rocket and the place of its launch".

“Perhaps for this reason, in the 2015 year, when a joint investigation team began its work, the Russian Federation was officially denied the possibility of joining it”, - said Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Nikolai Vinnichenko in an interview with RIA Novosti.

It should be clarified that Western experts are even suspected of concealing important information on this high-profile case, since no official reports on the investigation have been published so far, and the experts have not been able to determine where the missile was launched from or to identify those guilty of this incident.
