The satellite showed the consequences of explosions at ammunition depots in the Belgorod region.

After the strongest explosions in warehouses in the Belgorod region, the first satellite images appeared that allow us to assess the scale of what happened at night. In the image you can see a comparison of the terrain as of July 25 and August 20, and it is quite clear that a very large area was affected.

In the images shown, open-air warehouses can be seen, which probably contained the detonated ammunition. A section of the forest was seriously damaged, and, judging by the huge craters in the forest, ammunition could also be located here.

At the moment, there is no information about the victims and destruction, however, visually, no serious damage was caused. Satellite images show dark areas damaged by fire, however, most of the area did not receive serious damage, even despite the fact that explosions of ammunition were observed for almost a day from the moment of detonation in warehouses.

The main version of what happened is a fire, however, the circumstances of the latter are not given by the head of the region.
