Polish experts questioned the presence of Russia's hypersonic airborne missile system "Dagger".
As follows from the information provided by the Polish edition of "Rzeczpospolita", Polish experts questioned the fact that a unique hypersonic airborne missile system "Dagger" appeared in the arsenal of the Russian Federation. According to the director of the Center for Eastern Studies (Warsaw), in reality, Russia does not possess a hypersonic air-missile complex "Dagger", and the words of President Vladimir Putin were nothing more than an attempt to exert pressure on Western countries.
The director of the Center for Eastern Studies explains his opinion primarily by the fact that the development of hypersonic weapons, which in essence is the air-missile complex "Dagger", consisting of a carrier aircraft and a hypersonic missile, would require enormous time and resources, and for testing complex, the years would have passed. Of course, Russia invests a lot of money in the development of its defense-industrial complex, however, compared with other countries, in particular, it is about the PRC and the US, it is not enough to get hypersonic weapons and put it on alert duty.
Among other things, according to Adam Eberhardt, Russia has not demonstrated all the possibilities of the ARC "Dagger", although from a military point of view, this would significantly strengthen the country's position in the world arena, but would not lead to the disclosure of any secret information.
