A bird shot down an American anti-tank missile flying in a T-55 tank.

A video appeared on the Web that captured the moment of "interception" of the American anti-tank missile BGM71 TOW, launched on the T-55 tank. It was possible to save the tank from destruction, while the video shows that the American anti-tank missile was stopped by a bird, which appeared exactly on the flight path of the rocket.

Judging by the data presented, the video was made in Poland during the US military exercises. The BGM55 TOW anti-tank missile launched on the T-71 target tank did not reach its target in just a few hundred meters, hitting a bird exactly, but without causing the slightest damage to the Soviet armored vehicle.

Experts note that such a “luck” for armored vehicles is simply amazing, since the probability that a rocket hits exactly like a flying bird is practically zero, and in a real battle it could well not only save the tank crew and the car itself, but also become the cause of an accurate retaliatory shot.

At the moment, the fact remains unknown whether the US military command counted the destruction of the T-55 tank or did not write off it as an accident, since in fact, the task was not completed.
