The Russian electronic warfare complex successfully repelled the attack of the Switchblade 300 drones on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant

Russian electronic warfare systems successfully coped with repelling an attack by drones on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

After the Ukrainian military made two unsuccessful attempts to land troops in Enerhodar to subsequently capture the city and the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, an attack was made using Switchblade 300 drones. However, thanks to the work of Russian electronic jamming, it was possible to successfully repel the attack of kamikaze drones.

In the images presented, you can see the American Switchblade 300 strike drones successfully landed by means of electronic warfare. The latter did not cause any damage and were successfully captured as trophies, which can make it possible to develop effective methods of combating aircraft of this type.

The exact number of drones shot down in the area of the Zaporizhzhya NPP remains unknown, however, experts believe that the Ukrainian Armed Forces began using them in order to try to avoid detection of the latter by air defense systems. However, much more effective electronic warfare systems were able to successfully suppress the control channels of drones, thereby completely neutralizing them.
