The media reported that as a result of a mortar strike (according to other data - a rocket - approx. Ed.), The An-124 plane was destroyed at Tripoli International Airport. There are currently no data on victims and victims, however, according to social networks, at the time of the attack, no less than 8 people were near the plane.
In the photographs presented, you can see that the world's largest transport aircraft (among the mass-produced - approx. Ed.) Was completely destroyed - only its tail section survived. According to some reports, on board the aircraft were ammunition and weapons, in connection with which, it was almost impossible to save the aircraft that had caught fire.

According to preliminary data, the aircraft An-124 "Ruslan" belonged to the airline "Libyan Arab Air Cargo" ("LAAC").
