Russia and Ukraine have started negotiations on the organization of commercial flights over the Black Sea.

At the moment, Ukraine is more interested in resolving this issue, since the positive adoption of this decision may affect the reduction in the cost of air travel, and also provide the least load for other route directions.

At the moment, flights over the Black Sea are formally prohibited by ICAO, which leads to a rise in the cost of air travel, and an extremely busy destinations for other airlines, including European ones.

Upon reaching certain agreements, flights over the Black Sea can be resumed closer to autumn.
