It became known about the deployment of the S-300 complex near Donetsk.

Despite the fact that military aviation and tactical missile systems have not been used in the Donbass for several years, the news agency Avia.pro became aware of the deployment of the S-300 Favorit anti-aircraft missile system near Donetsk.

According to the available data, we are talking about an anti-aircraft missile system in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while it follows from the report of the monitoring mission in Donbass that this is only one launcher, which confirms earlier information that the Ukrainian military is experiencing serious difficulties with the operation of these air defense systems - in addition to the lack of missiles, most of the complexes do not have their own radar.

According to the data provided by the monitoring group, the S-300 "Favorite" complex was deployed in the area of ​​the settlement of Nikolskoye, which is about 97 kilometers from the capital of the DPR, while the circumstances of the latter's appearance in this direction remain unknown - no official comments from the Ukrainian Armed Forces on this account no.

To date, the LDNR is armed with several Tochka OTRKs and, according to a number of data, two restored Su-25 attack aircraft, which, obviously, caused panic in Kiev, since with the density of Ukrainian troops in Donbass, one blow can easily inflict serious losses.
