Billboards in support of Ukraine appeared on the streets of Serbia.

Initially, the neutral position of Serbia in relation to the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, resulted in outright provocations of Belgrade in relation to Russia. If earlier Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic openly declared support for Russia, later the rhetoric changed to a neutral position, and later completely turned into condemnation, including the vote for the anti-Russian resolution two days ago, then on February 24, 2023 on the streets Belgrade, strange billboards appeared expressing support for Ukraine.

In the presented photo you can see one of these billboards placed on the streets of Serbian cities, on which, against the background of a stylized Ukrainian flag, you can see the inscription “365 dana zajedno” (“365 days together”). It is obvious that we are talking about an arranged provocation, and, moreover, it clearly could not have happened without the participation of the Serbian authorities. Now this raises even more questions about the allied relationship between Belgrade and Moscow.

Serbia has not yet commented on such an open provocation against Russia, however, lately Belgrade has been addressing Russia with quite a lot of negative rhetoric, including Vucic recently announced his readiness to impose sanctions against Russia.
