The decision to grant an air carrier "PANH" subsidies will be made after the government of Buryatia hold more negotiations with airline management. In particular, it is expected that the carrier streamline its activities and focus on the implementation of the regional passenger traffic.

The size of allocated cash subsidies remains unknown, but they will be used to maintain the economic integrity of the air carrier during times of crisis, especially since PANH has been recognized as very promising by the end of 2014.
