The American F-35s were vulnerable to the Russian Container radar and S-300 air defense systems.

According to a number of sources, the US Air Force command decided to remove all F-35 fighters currently located here from its military air bases in the Middle East. The reason for this is the vulnerability of American "stealth" aircraft not only to the S-300 complexes, which are in service with Iran and Syria, which allows the latter to identify the "stealth" even when approaching, but also to the Russian overseas radar station "Container", located in several thousands of kilometers from the countries of the Middle East.

At the moment, it is known that the United States decided to withdraw all F-35 fighters from the territory of Middle Eastern countries. This, according to preliminary data, is about 12 combat aircraft, however, they are supposed to be replaced by F-15 fighter jets, which, obviously, indicates US intentions to continue to maintain its military presence in this region.

It is noteworthy that earlier the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation stated that during the almost-started military conflict between the US and Iran, the Russian Container radar recorded flights of American F-35 stealth fighter jets near the Iranian borders, and given the possibility of exchanging data between radars "Contrainer » and Iran’s air defense systems, Russia could ensure the defeat of any targets by the Iranian S-300.
