American warship invades Venezuelan territorial waters

The USS Pinckney invaded Venezuela's territorial waters.

American warship USS Pinckney violated the boundaries of the territorial waters of Venezuela, delving into them at least one nautical mile, completely ignoring the orders of the Venezuelan military, and at the same time went into neutral waters with impunity, making a U-turn after a while.

At the moment, the reasons for the violation of the territorial waters of Venezuela by an American warship remain unknown, however, according to the Telegram-channel "Operational Line", this may be due to the fact that Venezuela unauthorizedly expanded the border of territorial waters by an additional three nautical miles, ignoring international regulations.

“The American missile destroyer USS Pinckney (DDG 91), guided by the international rule of freedom of navigation, today transited a three-mile zone unauthorized by the Maduro regime, which stretches over the 12-mile zone of Venezuela's territorial sea and is a zone of its heightened interests. The previous similar action off the coast of Venezuela was carried out on June 23 by the USS Nitze (DDG 94) "- said in the message.

It should be clarified that this is a rather serious provocation from the United States.
