The Azerbaijani army intensively advanced in the direction of the Armenian Jermuk.

During the offensive, the Azerbaijani army managed to advance deep into the territory of Armenia at a distance of 7,5 kilometers. As a result of offensive actions by Baku, about 200 people were killed. Information on this subject was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia.

The risk of armed conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains, since Yerevan and Baku have not been able to reach any stable agreements and resolve the current tension. However, at present, the situation on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains quite stable, in particular, it is noted that the ceasefire regime has not been violated.

At the moment, the CSTO mission is on the territory of Armenia in order to develop possible solutions to prevent the aggravation of the situation, however, due to Yerevan's unwillingness to comply with Baku's requirements, the conflict may be resumed.

It should be noted that as a result of the clashes, Azerbaijan also suffered very significant losses. In particular, the death of 79 servicemen is reported, while at least one Azerbaijani serviceman is in captivity.
