Ukraine did not see Russia's ability to fight.

The head of the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine made a statement that at the moment Russia is not considered as any significant enemy, while, as the head of the General Staff of Ukraine Ruslan Khomchak emphasizes, today threats to Kiev come from completely different directions.

“In my opinion, and based on what the General Staff analyzes, we have come to the conclusion that open military aggression by Russia is not among the first threats, but is on the list of“ extreme ”options, although the most distant ones”- notes the head of the General Staff of Ukraine.

It should be clarified that this statement contradicts the data announced several months ago when the Ukrainian side called Russia an aggressively inclined country preparing for the invasion.

What specific other threats Khomchak was talking about is unknown, since the details of the statement have not yet been clarified, however, experts have not ruled out that it may well be about the EU countries, due to the recently appeared video on which capture plan for western Ukraine.
