Despite the fact that representatives of the Aeroflot airline denied the guilt of crew members of the tragedy that resulted in the 41 death of a person at the capital’s Sheremetyevo Airport, it was still found that Denis Evdokimov’s fault was being investigated. According to RBC, the crew commander is accused of violating the safety rules for the operation and operation of an air transport vessel, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence.

Earlier, independent experts quite clearly determined that the tragedy occurred due to crew errors when landing the aircraft, in particular, the plane touched the runway three times at high speed, and then began to collapse. Moreover, it was found that the crew opened a window in the cockpit, which led to an influx of oxygen and only intensified the combustion process in the cabin. However, at the moment, it remains unknown whether the investigators were guided by these facts.

It is noteworthy that the representatives of Aeroflot did not disclose the essence of the charges against Evdokimov.
