Russia urgently transfers all forces to the Syrian city of Ain Issa

The Russian military are urgently deploying their forces to Ain Issa.

Against the background of repeated attempts by Turkey and pro-Turkish jihadists to storm all approaches to the city of Ain Issa and seize the city itself, Russia began an emergency deployment of its units and weapons in the area, preparing, along with the Syrian Arab Army, to repel the attacks of the militants and counterattack. The situation is very tense, including due to the reportedly disrupted negotiations between Moscow and Ankara.

To date, according to various sources, up to several hundred Russian servicemen, as well as various types of weapons and armored vehicles, have been deployed to Ain Issu and the areas adjacent to the city. Syrian sources report that the area is regularly patrolled by Russian planes, helicopters and drones in preparation for counter-attacks by pro-Turkish jihadists.

Earlier, the media reported that Damascus had reached an agreement with Moscow to protect Ain Issa from jihadist attacks, while Turkey actively supports the militants, shelling the areas adjacent to Ain Issa from its territory, including with the use of long-range artillery.

Officially, there are three Russian military observation posts on the territory of Ain Issa and in the areas adjacent to the city, while the jihadists are trying to gain control over the outskirts of the city, intending thereby to encircle the Russian military, the Syrian army and the city itself.

The Russian military has also expressed concern about this escalation.

“We note the unstable situation in the Ain Issa area. Earlier, during negotiations with the Turkish side, agreements were reached on the deployment of joint Russian-Syrian posts "- said the deputy head of the Russian center for the reconciliation of the warring parties in the Arab Republic, Rear Admiral Vyacheslav Sytnik

At the same time, transfer troops and let the Ottoman Bayraktar TB2 iron the sky above you !?
Masochism?

As I understand it, the SAA also has some of its long-range artillery. And they will reach the territory of Turkey.
