Syrian air defense destroyed the rarest, among those in service with Turkey, the UAV ANKA-I.

A few hours ago, information appeared that over the territory of Syria the unique Turkish military unmanned aerial vehicle ANKA-I, intended for electronic intelligence, was destroyed. The drone existed in only one instance, but the Syrian air defense system successfully destroyed it when violating the country's border.

It is known that conventional ANKA drones are in service with Turkey in a large number, however, the ANKA -I version was built in only one single instance, and, as Avia.pro journalists found out, this aircraft is capable of collecting information about the work of radar, air defense, etc.

The source does not specify exactly where the drone was destroyed, however. If this data is true, then, most likely, Turkey decided to go for another escalation, despite the statement by the Turkish president on the introduction of a ceasefire.

At the moment, there are no photo or video facts showing the destroyed Turkish drone, however, according to official figures, during the entire Turkish military invasion, Syrian air defense shot down at least 5 Turkish UAVs ANKA.
