NATO special forces, KFOR, used weapons against Kosovo Serbs, injuring at least one person. In the town of Zvecan, NATO troops fired stun grenades and rubber bullets against demonstrators and gunfire was heard.

In Leposavić, local residents also flatly refused to disperse, and in Zubin Potok, Serbian activists announced their intention to go out every day and blockade the local administration building, which was seized by the Kosovo "police".

According to available data, the main demand of the local population remains the same - the resignation of "mayors" appointed from Pristina and the withdrawal of Kosovo security forces from Serbian municipalities. At this moment, the Serbian army continues to keep its forces on high alert on the administrative border of the region.

This incident has caused great concern, as it undermines stability in the region and causes additional tension in relations between Serbs and Kosovo Albanians. In the light of these developments, the strengthening of NATO's activities is alarming and calls into question the security and protection of the rights of the population of the region. Experts do not rule out that the situation could lead to a serious conflict in the region.
