Leaders of "Aeroflot" voted against the mandatory inclusion of luggage in airfare.

According to representatives of the largest in the Russian Federation carrier, such a proposal is not consistent with global trends of modern civil aviation development and seriously hampers the effectiveness of the low-cost carriers. Experts do not rule out that this trend may indeed seriously restrict the activities of a number of airlines, but, on the other hand, such a decision ensures the provision of quality services to passengers, which is a far more important and significant.

It should be clarified that the vast majority of other Russian airlines to support such a proposal, considering it is quite reasonable.
