France intends to supply Ukraine with 18 more Caesar self-propelled artillery mounts.

In the near future, France intends to transfer additional Caesar self-propelled guns to Ukraine. French leader Emmanuel Macron also announced this. We are talking about the supply of self-propelled guns, which are currently in service with the French army. At the same time, taking into account the information provided by a number of sources, we are talking about the transfer of 18 artillery installations to Ukraine.

French self-propelled guns are actively used by the Ukrainian military for strikes at long distances. To date, it is reliably known that the Ukrainian military has lost at least one French-made self-propelled artillery mount, however, most of the Caesar self-propelled guns already transferred are actively used to strike at Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

The supply of French howitzers to the armament of Ukraine indicates that France is specifically providing weapons support to Ukraine in order to prolong the conflict in the region.
