Iran has accused the UK of piracy and promised a tough response

Iran warned Britain what the outcome of the hunt for Iranian oil tankers could be.

Iranian religious and statesman Seyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei made a statement in which he officially accused the UK of piracy, due to the illegal seizure of the Iranian oil tanker Grace 1 and the promotion of certain conditions to the Islamic Republic. Khamenei threatened London with the harshest measures.

“Evil Britain commits an act of piracy and seizes our ship ... and considers it absolutely legal. Iran and our closest allies will not leave such evil deeds unanswered. ”- said the religious and statesman of Iran.

Earlier, Iran promised to start capturing Briatne oil ships near its territorial waters, against which even the Islamic Republic was even accused that the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps had already captured two ships, however, as it turned out, the information was provocative and did not have nothing to do with reality.

Experts, in turn, do not exclude that Iran may indeed begin to seize British ships in the Persian Gulf, at least those of them that violate the country's territorial waters, which has been repeatedly noticed.
